drive away to malibu.

i spent friday evening watching the sun set over the ocean while sipping on tropical drinks at duke’s in malibu. although it’s only 20 minutes (but a hell of a lot longer in PCH traffic..) up the coast, it seemed like i was miles away on vacay–the weather was perfect & the dolphins came out to play. despite the cheesy hula dancers and mediocre food, i have to say it was the most idyllic evening.

and with that my summer goal:: take full advantage of the beauty this city has to offer (and bring my camera so that i have more than just instagram pictures to share….)
